By submitting to play NXNE 2013, you’ll receive a 2-week free trial on Sonicbids. This means you pay only NXNE directly and not a separate Sonicbids fee to submit to this festival. And as part of the free trial, Sonicbids will credit you 25 tokens you can use to submit to other gigs at no cost.

For five days and nights, the 2013 edition of the NXNE Music Festival — expecting to bring in over 330,000 attendees for its 19th year — offers the hottest music and the freshest music-related ideas, all within a few km of each other. NXNE presents over 950 international, national, and local acts at 57 official festival stages in downtown Toronto’s famous club district.

There are 250 reserved slots for Sonicbids members and EVERYONE who applies to NXNE – even if not selected – can get deep discounts on full Artist passes for each band member.

NXNE 2013 submissions are open from September 1, 2012 until February 28, 2013. The full price of $50 will apply to any submissions sent in February. Performers selected to appear at NXNE 2013 will have their artist information and website links featured at www.nxne.com. Please make sure your EPK is complete and up-to-date; NXNE cannot accept / review incomplete EPKs.

All artists selected to appear at NXNE are entitled to receive complimentary NXNE Artist passes, with priority access to all official festival venues and to the afternoon sessions of the Interactive Conference. (Sorry – managers, agents, crew and assorted hangers-on not included).

In addition, Canadian artists showcasing at NXNE are eligible for an opportunity to be included in the NXNE Top 60 Tip Sheet – a list of NXNE showcasing artists sent to a database of industry insiders, complimented with a dedicated microsite served via nxne.com.
